TeleSentry's
call specialists are trained to establish confidence that the callers
identity will remain anonymous. Assistance is provided during the
process to assure that the key elements of who, what, where and
how are explored. At the conclusion of each call a unique personal
identification number is assigned by the caller to help them remember
their PIN. The report will be emailed to your assigned personnel
with a file contain your company ID#, a report ID# and date stamp.
An example, Pear Computer Group would receive file# PCG 687-112002.
Your company will be able to respond to the caller by using the
PCG687 code in communications back to TeleSentry or simply enetering
a reposnse in the form and hitting reply. The caller, upon provding
their PIN, will be read your company’s response and be able to reposnd.
This is one of the critical methods used to maintain autonomy and
confidentiality during the communication process. The call process
